State and National funds accepting donations for Covid-19

As the world struggles with the current global health crisis, the Government of India has declared Covid-19 to be a “notified disaster”. The Government both at the Central and state level have announced several relief measures to support the citizens in the current testing times. The financial burden to manage the current health crisis is huge and several Indian State Governments have either setup dedicated relief funds to accept donations for Covid-19 or are accepting donations in the existing Chief Minister's Relief fund from both corporates and individuals. Team  Sahyog, the Social Impact Initiative team at Invest India has put together a consolidated list of all such state funds and the Prime Minister's Relief Fund, the same is appended below.

Prime Minister's National Relief Fund	National	Contributions towards PMNRF can be made:- At Prime Minister's Office, South Block, in cash and through postal order, cheque or demand draft drawn in favour of the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund and through BHIM App/UPI (VPA: pmnrf@centralbank) . Contributions can also be sent to Prime Minister's Office, South Block, New Delhi via post/money order from any of the Post Offices, without any charges. Contributions can also be made online through the collection banks portals and through portal of PMO i.e. pmindia.gov.in. Through cash, cheque or demand draft drawn in favour of the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund deposited with any of the branches of the 26 designated Collection Banks of the PMNRF, mentioning donor details in the challan to be provided by the concerned bank/ branch. No charges will be levied by the network providers' viz. American Express, Diners Club International, Master Card, NPCI and VISA on the contributions being made through debit / credit cards. LINK
